At Angelfish Dragonfly we try to minimise our footprint on our precious world:
Where ever possible, we will use recycled packaging to pack your order after it has been wrapped in new tissue.
Most items come in some form of plastic packaging - this is handy to protect your purchase until it gets to you. We may choose to use additional plastic to pack your order and this is always clean, recycled packaging.
We only make one trip to the post office per day and that is done at the end of the day. This trip is usually co-insiding with other errands that we have to run as unfortunately we live too far away to ride bikes or walk.
The courier calls once a day as necessary.
We also keep all printed paper that is not needed any more for scrap paper - writing notes etc in our office. This is not used for customers but for our own business and personal use.
We use recycled paper where ever possible.
In most cases we choose not to put an invoice with your order as you recieve your invoice electronically. Sometimes customers order large amounts and we will print off the invoice for packing slip purposes to check that we have the entire order before packing.
Limiting our air-conditioning to running on the lowest fan speed and highest temp comfortable (not below 25 degrees C)
We encourage our customers to continue our recycling and reuse your packaging - every tiny bit will help make a difference in our precious world.
