Angelfish Dragonfly accepts the following methods of payment with our secure merchant facility:
Visa / Mastercard
You may phone your order in as we have an electronic terminal or you may choose to pay this method from the Paypal Facility.

You don't need to have a paypal account as you can pay with your credit card via paypal and is a very secure way of paying online.
You can use your Debit or Credit Card through Paypal or use funds directly from your Paypal Account.
We do not accept cheques or money orders.
Dragonfly will endeavour to post your parcel within 24 - 48hrs after
you place your order and your money has cleared. So if you place an
order by 5 pm on a business day it will be posted by the next available
business day. However, please be aware that actual delivery time can
take 1-2 weeks, or more even within Australia, depending on where you live.
Refunds & Exchanges
We have very high standards and all garments / products are checked thoroughly for faults on arrival and before dispatch. If you have a concern, we request that you contact us immediately upon receiving the goods to arrange for a credit or exchange. At the most you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your goods to let us know of your request for a refund or exchange.
Refunds / Exchanges / Credits will be given at the discretion of Angelfish Dragonfly.
As many of our clothing ranges come in one of each size due to the Limited Edition range, there is a possibility that we have sold out of other sizes of the same garment if you wish to change sizes. Therefore it is important that you check sizing with us if you are at all unsure before purchase.

REFUNDS are only available on defective goods.
No refunds are given for incorrect choice or change of mind. You will only be able to exchange or store credit where ever applicable. Same rules apply to items on sale and discontinued.
We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods - the customer is responsible for all postage costs.(ie.The cost of the original freight will not be refunded) We recommend that goods be returned via registered mail for safe delivery. Angelfish Dragonfly will refund either to your Paypal account or direct deposit, whichever method of payment you purchased the goods with.
Strictly no cash refunds as cash cannot be sent through the mail or collected in person.
For all refunds / exchanges, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone and state reasons for refund request.
No Refunds on: SALE stock, or stock discounted or discontinued since initial purchase.
All garments returned for refund/ exchange must have original tag still attached as when purchased, be unworn, undamaged, be in original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice for customer reference.
For hygiene reasons, all underwear, nappy pants covers, bloomers and swimwear there is no refund/ exchange and they will not be accepted for return.
Upon agreement, all refunds will be sent a confirmation email with address details to return goods.
Please allow up to 12 days for processing of refund on receipt of goods.
If you are unsure of sizing, please go to our sizing charts or email us your query.We will be happy to provide further measurements and details about the item you are purchasing.I have often gone up one size if I am not sure if a garment will fit my daughter. I have also on a regular basis, purchased a season ahead in sizings, if I have seen something that I absolutely have fallen in love with.
We have very high standards and trust that you will be 100% happy with your purchase. Please feel free to email us with your feedback - we love to have happy customers and let us know if you are willing for us to share your comments on our site. We are also happy for you to send us photos of your "Little Darlings" in your new purchases.

Loss or Damage of Goods
Goods will be despatched using the delivery method specified. Once goods have been despatched, your order is deemed to be filled. Angelfish Dragonfly takes no responsibility for loss or damage by the carriers of the goods.

Out of Stock Items
If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock or is unavailable it should show as a zero in the items available and therefore not be able to be purchased. If for some reason this doesn't happen and we are unable to supply the item requested, we will contact you with other options. Please contact us at Angelfish Dragonfly if you are interested in placing an order for an item that is out of stock - we may be able to order another or we may suggest something similar.
Your items will not be sent until all items are in stock unless otherwise requested.
