Upon agreement, all refunds will be sent a confirmation email with address details to return goods. We will then refund via original payment method. No refunds will be granted until we have the goods in our possession for assessment. No refunds on goods after 3 months from date of purchase. If goods are faulty a credit note will be issued.
If you chose to take a credit note there is no expiry date.
Please allow up to 7 days for processing of refund on receipt of goods.
Any promotional codes are to be used on full priced stock and not able to be used with any other offer, sale or discount. Discounts are not available with any special order products.

Loss or Damage of Goods
Goods will be dispatched using the delivery method specified - see Delivery. Once goods have been dispatched, your order is deemed to be filled. Angelfish Dragonfly takes no responsibility for loss or damage by the carriers of the goods. Angelfish Dragonfly will make every attempt to find lost goods. If a customer requests a parcel to be left at their door we are not held responsible if the parcel goes missing therefore we strongly suggest using Registered Post and have the order delivered to a place of business/ workplace. We are not responsible if customers give us the incorrect address to send their parcels to and the customer will be responsible for the additional freight cost to resend their parcel to the correct address if this occurs.
It is possible that different computer screens / monitors will show colours with a slight variation. However these should show as close to the real article as possible.
All prices at Angelfish Dragonfly are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) and are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Overseas orders do not attract GST (Goods and Services Tax). This only applies to Australian businesses that are registered for GST.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any taxes and customs duties that may arise from their purchase at the receiving end, in their country before receiving their goods.
Out of Stock Items
If an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock or is unavailable it should show as a zero in the items available and therefore not be able to be purchased. If for some reason we oversell an item, and we are unable to supply the item requested, we will contact you with other options. This may occasionally happen with drop shipped items although we take every effort to make sure that it doesn't occur. Please contact us at Angelfish Dragonfly if you are interested in placing an order for an item that is out of stock - we may be able to order another or we may suggest something similar. Your items will not be sent until all items are in stock unless otherwise requested.
